| Q: |
How do I register my hospice? |
| A: |
Your hospice is probably already in the hospicedirectory.org database. To make your profile complete, and more useful to consumers, you need to register. You can register your hospice by going to www.hospicedirectory.org. In the Directory Members section choose the Register option. This option will take you to the Hospice Registration page, which gives you two registration options. |
| Q: |
Which registration option should I select? |
| A: |
- Register single hospice profile option – Use this option if you are registering one hospice.
- Register multiple hospice profile – Use this option if you are a regional or national company with multiple locations and want only one authorized representative to register all locations. This option allows all of the profiles to be accessed by the authorized representative.
Choosing either option will take you to a hospice registration page to create a hospice profile(s). |
| Q: |
How long will it take to register and create a hospice profile? |
| A: |
Registering a single location will only take a few minutes of your time. Registering multiple locations will take longer and depend on how many locations you register. This option is convenient - you can create your main profile and return later to create a profile for your other locations when time permits.
Tip: Some hospices have asked a volunteer to complete the registration process. |
| Q: |
How can I register multiple profiles after I initially registered as a single location? |
| A: |
If you registered under the single profile option and would like to upgrade using the multiple profile option you would need to contact the directory’s administrator. |
